Brooklyn started kindergarten this past week, September 2nd. Friday was her first time on the bus. Ugh, that about did me in. She's 1/2 day kinder so I feel SO blessed that I get one more year with her home. I know she could do full day...but there's no educational reason for it, so I am going to relish this final year of having her under my roof for the majority of the day. It's going to be a challenging year, mainly because if the juggling schedules, personalities and needs, but I am determined to make it an amazing one. Because this is it. Next year she will be out of my grasp and influence more than under it, and that is hard to handle. We'll both be ready a year from now, but for this year, we are gonna live and love it up!
