dress up

Brooklyn was playing dress up last night and I had to grab the camera to catch it. She was standing in front of the door getting ready to go to the "magical ball". I can't help but pause for a moment and marvel at the difference between boys and girls. She is such a girly-girl in so many ways, but at the same time loves to play in the dirt and is tough as nails when it comes to getting hurt. Playing dress up and make believe that she's going to a ball is ALL girl though. No trucks or basketballs here.
